The Story

Nissim Itche Levy saws wood in the Galilee.

The trees are gathered from pruning and from fallen trees — olive, carob, Tabor oak. Nothing is felled for the work. Every board is dried, sawn, and sanded by hand; natural cracks are filled with resin. Each piece sells once, and there is no other like it.

I saw, sand, and fill the cracks with resin, until you can see where the wood came from.
