Every piece is hand-packed in a rigid box and shipped from Israel with a tracking number. In-stock pieces ship within 2–4 business days; personalized commissions follow the agreed schedule, usually 2–3 weeks.

Free shipping in Israel on orders over ₪400 (≈ $108).
International orders: import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the buyer's responsibility. Note that some countries (notably Australia and New Zealand) apply biosecurity rules to wood products — our pieces are finished and sealed, but must be declared accordingly. US buyers: following the 2025 de-minimis changes, import fees may apply on arrival.
Returns
Not happy? An in-stock piece may be returned within 14 days of arrival, in its original condition, for a full refund (excluding shipping). Personalized pieces with dedications cannot be returned — but if anything is wrong, write to us and we will make it right.
